I think when I install the upgraded heat exchanger I will also remove all of the grill louvres since they are programmed to stay open all the time anyway.

They asked for my address and phone to start the order but have not asked for the CC yet so I don't have a price. I didn't ask what the price was because I was going to buy it no matter what the price was. I should know tomorrow.

Now that it is up in front of the radiator fan and this much larger there really isn't the need for one. Notice I didn't say fans wouldn't help, just that they are not needed.

Matt will crank up the radiator fans if needed.
