Default What rear end ratio?

I am thinking about ordering a 2018 5.0 and sticking a whipple charger on it to have some fun with. I am planning on keeping it a crew cab and a lariat (or higher) for the auto 4wd system.

My question is which rear gear ratio to spec out with the 10sp?

I’m going with 3.31 with the same setup.

I have a 2018 F150 Platinum 5.0 with 3.73 gears that I will be installing a Whipple in as soon as it is released.

I would have to go with the 3.73, personally. If you are performance oriented (obviously you are), and will have 4wd to help with traction from a dig (you will), then I would go with the steepest gear you can get, a 3.73. I know these 10 speeds don't really need a 3.73 gear, but why not get it if you can, it can only help keep the motor where it wants to be (upper RPM range). Especially with a Whipple, the more RPM's you turn, the more power it will make.

If you are going with a 4X4, get the 3.73's.
