Default Time For Twins

After a few months of back and forth of selling my truck or not, I have decided to drop the supercharger and go twins. Contacted AldoWelds and ordered his TT set up. With my current set up I feel I've pushed the blower to the efficiency limit. It was either go to a VMP Gen3R or twins. I've always loved my turbo cars years back so figured this should be fun. Malloy, Id like to thank you for pushing me over the edge with this decision. My wife thought I should sell this truck and get a new RCSB, but I love your idea of big truck thats fast. Ill update as the kit comes in and the build starts.

Someone sent me this link the other day and the price sounds good but I don't anything about turbocharging. I'll be watching your progress.

Very cool to see you take the next step in the build.
If I'm not mistaken you were already pushing pretty big power. What are the new goals?

I was looking and researching the last 6 months. Talked to some Mustang guys. I looked into On3, talked to a few custom shops that offered to fab up a kit. I know On3 has had some quality issues, the no name parts I have always found a bit sketchy too. I know guys that swear by the kits and for the price you cant expect perfection. Seeing what he does with the fast Mustangs he sold me.

Thanks, my goal was 1,000rwhp originally and I was happy when I hit 800 and figured this is fine. Why keep wasting money on this truck. I have done and redone and redone the same things on this truck so I was giving up and moving on. That dam Malloy opens his mouth, so then I figured lets go to the original goal of 1,000rwhp.

I like what i'm hearing... trust me when you have a 9 second sleeper... you won't regret it.... everytime I go to the track I have a crowd around my truck because it's not the normal to see a 4 door F150 spank the **** out of a Z06. Wanna have a friendly race?? see who can lay down triple digits first

That’s how I’m feeling. Just big n fast. I was going to install the kit myself, I like to tell myself I’d make the time. In all reality I just don’t have the time. It should be shipping out in 4 weeks to Aldo for the install. You better get your but in gear
