So which Tuners have the 2018 5.0 w/10spd figured out?

I would be very interested in anyone's ability to address what Ford has yet to. The shifting is really pushing me to sell this thing. I cannot stand how it shifts during light throttle and cruise. I had plans to add a blower from the beginning but there's no way I'm willing to try it given how poorly is shifts. Is 93 octane a realistic max or are there gains to be had using E85 naturally aspirated on these trucks?
We have been tuning the 2018 F-150s for quite some time now and also offer both engine and transmission tuning on the 5.0L models via the all new Mycalibrator Touch tuning device. Our 93 octane tuning sees maximum gains over 31hp and 42tq! In addition to these performance enhancements, we also spent a great deal of time improving throttle response, part throttle shifting, and working to ensure our updates play well in all 3 driving modes. Coupled with the performance upgrade, these drivability changes make the truck feel greatly improved in day to day usage.

Anybody who knows how to tune a GM 6L80E should be able to tune the 10R tranny. It just takes time to tweak them to your liking, since the gear skip and 4 additional gears adds to the complexity. I haven't driven a 10 speed truck, but I suspect one of the first things I would do if I was tuning it is turn off the skip shift for everyday driving.
That said, 5 Star seems to be the most often acknowledged as getting transmission shifting correct. I run their 87 p/t tune for daily driving and am pretty satisfied with it; it's way better than the Ford tune, which just tries to go to the highest gear as soon as possible. There are a few areas where I would make some minor tweaks if I ever decide to license my truck with HPTuners.

The 10R gets into lockup rather quickly and stays there shift to shift. It feels harsher, but is more gas efficient. I'd be willing to bet if someone made you a mushier feeling tune you'd enjoy it. It would be less efficient though.

GM had the torque converter locking from 3rd through 6th gears on my Vette. I keep it unlocked in 3rd and 4th, as I don't see it adding to fuel economy, and don't like it locking in the lower gears.

I also increase slip and lowered the unlock on my own tune for 3rd gear. The rest of the gears are relatively smooth enough how they are, but 3rd gear just needs to slip til like 80% throttle and then lock.

Here's are a few links to a couple of our customer's threads they had started on this board to let other people know how much they loved our 2015+ F-150 tunes including a 5.0L model as well. Didn't see anything on here yet specifically about the 10 speed trucks doing a quick search since the tunes are still pretty new, but I figured it would give you an idea of what we can do to these trucks in general.

Subbing, currently shopping for one for my '18 5.0. Put 35s on it and it gets real confused about the picking the right gear on the highway. Every slight elevation in the road it downshifts 4 gears in normal mode, sport seems to be holding my gears longer which helps it from bouncing around so much.
