Well, i pretty much burnt myself out on reading reviews, and it seems everyone and everything is pointing at Ken @ OZ TUNING. So, i went with the SCT/BDX with preloaded tunes, and an OZ basic tune for any octane, Plus i ordered the JLT cold air intake to compliment the tune. I should have the BDX tomorrow and the intake next week, as well as the OZ tune uploaded next week as well. Ill post some results once i drive it. Thanks again for all the helpful info.
Hope you enjoy it.

well,i received the SCT BDX tuner from OZ overnight shipping. I had a ton of questions and their customer service is Top Notch. At first i installed a preloaded tune and went play around with it and was blown away at how well it performed, and i was like theres no way another tune could beat this. hmmm was I ever wrong, I filled out the tune form at 530pm their time, (eastern time) emailed it to them, them went for another joy ride, within 45 minutes I got an email with the custom OZ tune. I installed it, and people, i dont even have the words to explain what it did for my truck. Its a totally different driving experience. I went on a road trip, all interstate , a trip i take on most weekends, the mileage was better, the pull, the power in the passing gears, and power where i didnt have it before is just incredible. Its a blast to drive. Acceleration from a dead stop, or from a 20mph roll is a night and day difference and still getting better mileage!! and i still havent put my JTL CAI in yet. what a huge difference..

hey there Blue 5.0, i see that you have a Boss 302 intake. I take it you added that? was it a pretty simple plug and play installation? The reason im asking is I may have one that will be available to me, a guy took it off his 2017 or 18 GT. and i was hoping itll just bolt right up. Im sure its more than that to it.

Pretty easy, I had to reroute some hoses, outside of that pretty straightforward. I did accidentally knock the CHT sensor lose on the passenger side head while removing the stock intake, that took a little trouble shooting to figure out. All in all pretty easy.

Unless sct really changed the tunes from the x4 to the bdx I'm chalking your review up to another kool-aid drinker for the Oz tunning. I noticed absolutely nothing with the x4 tunes lol same goes for the JLT reviews imo
