Psi ratings are at a specific rpm range, your turning the blower higher rpm and "boost" is a measure of restriction - so the air is backing up more when turned that high.

I have a pretty good idea as I had a supercharged coyote Mustang prior to my F150, but I had a custom tune from Lund racing and upgraded fuel system for that. I'm planning on staying with the Whipple tune for my F150 as it's my daily driver and I trust a lot of the research and time they've put into their calibration. Up here at altitude the same pulley will make less boost than it would at sea level, but I'm also limited to 91 octane. I guess I'll just have to wait and see how the truck responds. As far as Black Friday sales I'm not sure if Whipple themselves are offering discounts but a couple of vendors (Lethal performance and Team beefcake racing) are offering 15% off the Whipple kits. Around $1200 in savings when it's all said and done, hard to pass that one up!

Wow, that's a good discount, wish I would've gotten that. My 2015 F-150 is my daily driver also. I installed this kit myself. Are you planning on installing it or getting a shop to do it?

I'll put it on myself. I did all the work to the Mustang I had before this. It was a blast, mid 10 second street car. I got tired of it sitting in the garage for 6 months out of the year and not being able to enjoy it, so I did the next best thing and bought a 4 wheel drive f150. It'll never be as fast as the Mustang but I'll be able to enjoy it a lot more. And it should surprise a lot of other cars on the street. The Mustang was worthless on the street, I could never get traction.

I bet that mustang was fun. How much power was it putting down? You will surprise a lot of people on the street. That’s the fun part. That kit has transformed my truck. These F-150’s (at least mine) don’t handle very well. I’ve even put Bilstein shocks on the rear with a Helwig sway bar. It helped tremendously but still not where I want it as far as handling. I don’t get that confident inspired feel at 90mph. Feels like Im floating. Is your truck a crew cab?

Another question, I currently have the 3.625 pulley. Will I see a significant increase if I go to the 3.5 Pulley? Keep in mind, I have the stock throttle body. I'm thinking I won't get enough air.

It made 595whp on a Mustang dyno on 91 octane, and weighed 3700 lbs with me in it. My F150 is a Lariat Supercrew 4x4 and weighs about 2000 lbs more than the Mustang with me in it, but will make about the same amount of power. I have Bilsteins all the way around also, with the rear blocks removed and Bora 1.25" wheel spacers. Handles about like a truck should...
