I have Caltracs and will be removing them at some point and going with Stifflers. They do work but there are rattles, creaking, ride quality issues and I think get some slight drive line vibration issues them, that stem from the solid bushings that must be installed on the front of the leaf spring.

Pressing out the bushings also made them a PITA to install, even though I have a press it was much more work then I anticipated.

The removal of the springs and pressing out the bushings is why I chose the VAS bars over Caltracs. The only issue with the VAS bars so far is that one needs to order the rubber snubbers that go on the end of the levers, or they will be noisy. With the bushing, they're fairly quiet.

Mine came with the teflon bushings.
