Opinion -- NITTO NT 420S Tires... good or bad
 

Hello All,
Looking for opinions out there who have had Nitto NT 420S style tires in any size (especially 20 or 22 in). I am looking for good or bad opinions.

I've been extremely happy with My 275/55/20 420s. I've put approximately 50k on them and they are in decent shape. Probably buying another set in spring.

They are pretty well liked among the street truck crowd and have a very good reputation. The only negative I can think of is they are very heavy for their size compared to some other tires in the class, with the 305/40/22 tire coming in at 51lbs as opposed to 43lbs and 40lbs for the General Grabber and Yokohama Parada's respectively. That said the Nitto's usually come with a bit more tread depth compared to some other street truck tires, but also usually have a lower speed rating (only matters for race trucks). I chose a different brand of tire based on the weight and speed rating, but for a true street truck it shouldn't really matter, and the Nitto's are a good tire otherwise!

I also think they look good as well.
