On a turbo truck, water/methanol injection and a tune is very very hard to beat. I'm willing to bet the stock exhaust isn't a serious restriction until you start getting into boost levels that scare your transmission.

I’m willing to bet that going with a free flowing catless exhaust would net some serious gains. I’m talking header back, no cats.
