Also my nitrous bottle was very low it actually ran out during the second pull. Admittedly I was under prepared.

One more thing I just thought of. I forgot to turn off traction control during the dyno. Could that explain the massive goofy U shaped dip?

Possibly. When I do a simulated 1/4th pull with traction control on, I get all kinds of power dips and limitations and other funky stuff, and which results in a slow pass.

On the dyno we put it in fourth gear with traction control off and didnít have any issues with funky shaped curves or missing power.

Yes it could. If you had a log with torque sources you'd see torque source traction control if that was what it was too, but you don't have that :P

Throttle closing due to the traction control or something written in the tune?

Throttle closes for a billion different reasons. You won't know what it was for until you log it.

you will have to log all the sources to know what causes it,
but now you know what it looks like when it happens...

I would just upgrade the pump.

Here's a good option https://tuningbyoz.com/products/dw9-401-1046

Here's a graph I found of a Boss 302 intake with GT cams though. Haven't found one with stock cams. GT cams should be your next investment.

Here's a stock GT manifold vs a boss 302 on with a mustang 5.0. I think proper fueling up top and the GT cams are key.
