Default New Dyno #'s and some questions

452 hp/ 533 tq the graph looks super off. The dyno operator said the dip in hp/tq was due to where the converter locks up in the tune? Any input is appreciated. New Dyno #'s and some questions-photo100.jpg

Looks like the torque converter clutches are slipping, not putting all the power down.

Tell your tuner to provide a tune that's locks the converter at 2500 for Dyno testing and then measure 2500 to whatever.

Is that normal for the power to fall off before 6500 RPM, especially with the Boss intake?

He stopped the pull a little early, it didn't completely fall on its face up top. Here is a non nitrous dyno but on 93 octane, todays run was on e85 with a 125 shot. 369hp/350tq

Are these numbers relatively accurate then? Or is the higher torque number due to converter flash?

Your tune looks a little off regardless if you have a boss intake manifold. It shouldn't fall off to 7k at all.

It looks like throttle closing, but like i said if you want to be sure have your tuner provide a tune that locks the converter earlier to make sure. IF it already is then the throttle closed when it hit a load cap in the tune.
