Need some drag racing advice
Took the '19 F150 4x4, 10 sp, 3.55 locker sd cab, 8' bed to the local drag strip just for grins. best I could do was 14.473 @ 94.99. I was running in 2wd locker not locked, launch at 1000 rpm. Lots of wheel spin off the line. My best R/T was .306 worse .677 leaving on last yellow. Tire pressure 44 front 29 rear cold. Only thing I did was drop spare and tools.Truck has about 1,000 miles on it.
Questions:
2 or 4wd
tire pressure
diff locked or not
launch rpm
leave the spare in?

Everyone is spot on. 4 wheel, leave as high as the converter will let you. Don't worry too much about adjusting pressure on street tires. You will grip in 4 wheel. Too low of pressure will slow you down. Also don't worry about your reaction time yet. Learn how to get that 60 foot as close to 2.0 as you can even if you sit at the line and leave when you're ready. That will not change your time as the time doesn't start until you leave the tree.
