Default Hey EcoBoosters My Turn for toys

First time on the Forum, but long time reader. Question Fellow Boosters. I've just started to upgrade my 2.7 sport. The current Mod is a Roush cold air intake and a muffler delete. I plan in stages to mod as follows full downpipe high flow exhaust,BBK65mm throttle body, intercooler, blowout valve, catch can, sparkplugs and a SCT X4 tuner/ custom tune. I don't know what order to do it in? Money flow, not air restricted. Also I want to upgrade the turbos with Borg Warner if needed, or if applicable. HELP THIS ROOKIE OUT GUYS. HEY I STILL LOVE ALL THE 5.0 PONY RIDERS

I'm not sure you need the upgraded throttle body. There's a few things there that I probably wouldn't spend money on, intake being one of the. Intercooler is a good upgrade, though not as critical given your climate. Downpipes are a good idea, but the tune is the most critical.

Downpipes-intercooler-tune
Just regap the plugs you have if they’re in good shape.

Not to hijack, but in a similar boat. Catted downpipes? What after? Stock exhaust or Something like the AFE?

What is driving the need to regap the plugs? The tune? Not following this part..

Why re-gap the plugs? Is there something wrong with the factory plug gap?

Most tuners will have you gap down on a hot tune...usually around .028.

Save your money on the Throttle Body, it doesn't offer you anything. Unbroken offered excellent advice, tune, intercooler, and downpipes. If you go catless prepare for the smell...I'd personally go catted, you are not loosing much if any power with a high flow cat and it should cut down on the smell and fumes. I cannot recommend any AFE exhaust products, their prices are too high for what you get. I have an AFE y-pipe and I'm not happy with the cost vs quality.
