Default Finally! Another 2018 5.0 1/4 mile time. (Crew Cab)

Seen this on Facebook. A bone stock 2018 Crew cab 2wd 5.0. Ran 13.82/102 on 87 octane. Then let the truck cool a bit and added some E85 (mix) ran 13.68/103. Not bad for a limo..... https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1772347639452900&set=gm.81297117891 2088&type=3&theater

I'm curious how he added E85 and immediately got the ECU to recalibrate without driving the vehicle. The manual states that the ECU recalibrates only if you fill the tank over half way, and then drive for at least 5 miles.

Im guessing it was the cooling off time that made it run a tiny bit faster.

Quite possible to drive to the gas station, and it adapted to the new mix on the drive back.

That's because there is no video. There are time slip pics though.

So if a crew cab 5.0 runs 13.8, what would a regular cab run at 400 lb less weight?
