Need more 2.7l Power!
Hello everyone I have a 2016 2.7l f150 with alot of mods that I'll list off and want to know what else I can do to strengthen this beast!
What I've got :
stainless works high flow catted downpipes
flowmaster outlaw cutback exhaust system
aem cold air intake
bbk 1894 throttle body
Snow performance stage 3 methanol injection
3.55 axle gears
32 inch tires stock
stock turbochargers pushing 19lb boost
SCT x4 tuner, 93 octane methanol injection tune
so my question is what else can I pop in to make this beast faster? Off the launch it wrecks scat packs but after 60 it weakens alot. Also would anyone know where to buy larger turbo wheels?

Did you drive it before you bought it?

I fail to see why you would buy the smallest displacement engine then spend mega $ to try to make it run like the larger available engine.

methanol injection suffices for a larger intercooler, for now.
I'd say see if there are turbo inlets of larger diameter. Otherwise, yes, i'd say turbo upgrade is due.
However, with those modifications, you really need a custom tune specific to those mods, completed on both a dyno and on the road via datalogs, in order to maximize the setup, rather than a 'canned' tune.

I bought the smallest displacement engine because off the line it was a challenge between the 3.5 and 2.7 and then I wanted the auto stop/start. So i grabbed a 2.7l. So intercooler upgrade with metal charge pipes is coming up very soon with an air induction hood, but as for bigger turbos where can I find some to fit the 2.7l? And for the custom tune vs canned tune, I am having 5 star custom tuning tune my truck on point by driving around and sending them datalogs. At the moment I'm wiping the floor with scat packs but I want to be long gone from them😂

If you bought the truck for drag racing....you went the wrong way. Off the line is great, but once you hit speeds where aerodynamics becomes a factor....watch them pass you. I had a 400whp turbo 350z and would wipe the floor with 500whp lightnings on the interstate....they just couldn't overcome aerodynamics above 50.
As for turbo upgrades, I can't answer that. But if there aren't any off-the-shelf, maybe see if the 3.5EB turbos are a bolt-on upgrade. I would suspect some level of modular design between the two (but I don't know for sure...don't quote me)
Expect to lose some low end grunt with larger turbos...it's just a fact when you're pushing each turbo on 1.35L of displacement.

I would think the next step would be to change the 3.55 or get rid of those 32" tires. If you only want to be fast at the track, get a set of dedicated tires/wheel in a smaller size because 32" is too tall.

Since I am in the market for a 2.7 your post intrigues me. How is it doing stuff you would actually use a truck for. Hauling, towing, etc? Plenty of power? Won't be buying it for performance but want to make sure it has enough get up and go to pass on highways.
