No one has tuned them yet. (most Tuners are not even doing the 17 5.0's yet!!) Stock RCSB 5.0 6 speed 17's were running 13.9. Extra HP, TQ, and better gearing =5 tenths? I believe it. The 10 speed works very well with the 5.0.

impressive. very few people have a stripped down standard cab tho. but if someone wants a fast basic truck - hard to beat...

Most of us who like to go fast do like options, but Regular cab is the preferred way. Regular cabs are much quicker, usually tow & haul more, handle and maneuver much better. I only need 2 seats, so RCSB is perfect for me. I would not buy a SC or CC unless I had to. Now if Ford would just build a SC'd 5.0 Lightning, I'd buy one today. Lightnings are always loaded with options, but RCSB.

whats the weight on a 2 door short bed 150 with a 5.0? Anyone know?
