iirc 1/2 was around 7k, 2/3 was around 7.3k, 3/4 was like 7.1k

still haven't been able to repeat my best 60' time of 1.70. If I could have repeated that I could have scored an 11.8. And if a frog had wings he wouldn't bump is butt when he hops either, lol.

I found a calculator or on line that said the air density had a negative effect to the tune of almost .2

I'm going to talk to Matt again and ask for his input regarding best ET's, mods and survivability before I decide what else I'm going to do. There's really no way to sufficiently reduce much weight from here, so any other mods would have to be from a horsepower standpoint.

After plugging numbers into an air density calculator, I don't think it was possible that on our first trip to the track the DA was 2000. I think in reality it was probably 28 to 2900 at best. All that is to say that there isn't a .2 difference to the negative because of the weather last night, at least in my opinion.

I'm sure you've crossed this site if you're searching for DA on any given night.. https://www.dragtimes.com/da-density...calculator.php if not, just select your track, then you can pick the day and time of when you raced to gather DA for a specific run.

corrected ET from that site is 11.72 @ 117

they didn't really have a category for a mildly modified supercharged engine. The only category other than n/a motors is an extensively modified supercharged engine so I used that one. And according to that site there was a DA of about 1000 difference from 3/22 to 5/18....3/22 being better by far when I first went under 12.0.

thanks for the link

Hoping to start making a few more track runs in the next few weeks while i'm dialing in the new fuel system.
Let me know if anyone is down for SA meetup at the track. If not, I will end up going to Edinburg Raceway since it's usually less crowded there.

Sure, I would be up for meeting. They're having a test and tune on Friday, and then a Fun n Grudge on Saturday along with some other racing. I'm up for either one.

How was the last fun n grudge you went to? Does it get super busy on Saturdays?

I could have made 50 passes if I wanted to

I was looking at facebook and it seems there's a couple of big tire and small tire grudge races set up for the Saturday fun and grudge. It starts after the roll racing. There shouldn't be many people, or at least there wasn't last time. It runs from 8 pm to 2 am.
