I'm running windows 10 on my laptop and when i connect my sct tuner it pops an error about some file named wdapi1011.dll I can't use the updater software to move my tunes onto the tuner. Am i the only person to have this issue?

I looked at their support and faq but haven't found anything to help me...

Did the reboot, reinstall cycle on the laptop which didn't help... totally stumped!

I had the same issue, I found an old post that said it was the windows 10 program.Never found a fix for it, I had to dig up my old laptop with windows 7 and everything works fine now. Hopefully that helps
