I like how mine runs with the Roush S/C but I need a LSD before I would try to run it down the track.

My wish list is a custom tune and better intercooler. Oh and a better driveshaft so I can get the top end speed limiter removed out of the programming.

Whipple guys help ? Anyone with a Wideband or using the factory wideband?

I am seeing A/F solidly 12.1 on OBD2 gauge at WOT. Seems a touch high. Boost is 9.0psi and timing shows 16 and sometimes dropping to 15 deg.

Sometimes when I really step on it, which isn't that often actually, the power comes on to the point that you feel it pull hard as hell at times and sometimes it does not pull hard at all, like the safegaurds are killing the power for some reason.

I see IAT temps on the scan gauge at 112-130 they go up unless you are on it a little bit. There is no air in the I/C system and I have put almost 3 gallons into it and it is finally holding steady on the fill tube.

93 octane with 3.625 pulley on otherwise stock 4x4 3.73 gear platinum.

Edit: I have a 3.5" pulley here but don't want to run if it don't run right on the 3.625

I have a RCSB 5.0 that I've started working as a street/strip build. Best time so far 13.69 @ 101.6 with a 2.01 60' that was with 25.7" drag radials and stock 3.31 gears
So far list
JLT CAI
BBK T/b
Boss intake manifold
170* t-stat
Kooks long tube headers with race catted y
Magnaflow catback dumped before rear axle
Lowered 2"

Parts bought, not installed yet
FRPP 4.10's
Mustang GT intake side cams

Near future plans
Drag radials that actually fit
Caltracs

I would do a torque converter before gears. I don't think you'll like 4.10's at all.

We shall see, they are on my shelf, so they are going in! I feel differently and think I'll enjoy them quite a bit. I think 4.10's paired with my boss intake and the gt cams will work quite well.

yeaa 4.10s is a little much imo. 3.55s would be good, especially with the size drag radials your running, and I agree with matt (spooled) in getting a converter especially with your current setup.

Drag radials are on craigslist will be running a 28" setup. A converter will happen just a little down the road. I'm hoping to see a little price drop for the 6r80 stalls out there. Maybe it won't happen.

No springs or cam phaser limiters/lockouts. Cams can be bought for about $250 from Tasca. Intake side only
