Next for some reason the manual wants you to fill the cooling system. There is only one more part to install other then the grille so lets get it out of the way. The jack shaft cover.
It covers the shaft that runs from the front to the rear of the supercharger. It's held on with 4 small bolts, with stainless steel bushings and rubber grommets.
Oh...there are a couple sticker one that goes on the fuel filler door about only using 91 octane minimum and no E85, and one that goes under the hood warning the technician to only use the correct plug and where to gap them at.
Reinstall the grille the same way you took it off.
Now fill both cooling systems, and LOAD THE TUNE!
There are several ways to fill the system I will later write up what I did. The Whipple manual has several suggestions also.
It would be highly recommend to check the levels for the next week or so especially the low temp circuit.

You must have different instructions. 110 for me is the silicon hose for the 132mm throttle body. My instructions are dated February 20th 2018.

Anyway back to the seal...Did you call them about it?

LOL...Great! I called Whipple about getting the latest version before I started, in mid June. They said they were on the their website. The only one I could find on their site had a 2017 date, its still the only one available. I just figured I would stick with the one I had and work though it with the help from other folks on here.

I also was told I have the latest calibration to fix the hanging shifts. So far I haven't notice anything and the truck drives better than stock.

Sorry about not getting back with you last night. The forum kept crashing and I gave up. That's interesting, I'll give them a call about the seal.
Also interesting about the tune. I received mine on the 30th of June, and I have not seen the shift issue others have talked about. However I haven't really driven it that much yet.
Does anyone know if there's a way to know what version of the tune you have?

Yeah, I get it Thursday. I just had to tell them it was missing and give them the numbers off the top of the Whipple and they sent it out. I put some tesa tape around the intake tube where it touches the air box for now.
