Back a few years ago they said you had to do a "Relearn" on an adaptive transmissions. And there are procedures to do that.
I'm not sure that applies the the 10 speed or not though. I think Westbayou's truck though is new. So its doubtful that would be the issue.

its a rpm trigger from 1-2 or a mis match on 1-3 that makes it hang up Then it shifts hard to 2nd.
If more people complain about it they will look into it.
Ive complained about it and they said it was just me and they couldn’t duplicate it.
