This is true because your “boost” is set by your pulley size.

For every day driving at high altitudes, it’s better to have a turbo...

They’re not likely to give you a custom high altitude tune, but they might recommend a smaller blower pulley. It’s worth a phone call to them to find out.

Please tell me you have a boosted GT350?!
No my GT350 is not boosted but there have been a few documented failures already. Ford Performance actually makes an oil pump for the GT350 with billet gears though.

Jon Lund Jr is in the process of finishing their 2018 whipple custom tune.

Props to Terry “Beefcake” Reeves for having his personal whipple stage 2 Roush truck shipped to the east coast to spend some time with the Lund’s to make this happen.

HAHA...I had to read that a couple times to understand it. A Roush F150 with a Whipple Stage 2, correct? Not ready for a custom tune quite yet, might be in the future though.

I'll have to check them out. I've been avoiding Facebook, this forum alone sucks too much of my time.

Mike

MIke,

These are the guys at Beechmont Ford in Cincy. Same ones I ordered my truck from and am waiting on doing my Whipple. HIs personalized plate on that truck is WROUSH... it's pretty funny.

It’s funny.

If you guys (anyone) decides to take the leap on a Lund tune.

Please purchase through teambeefcakeracing.com because without terry shipping his truck to Lund we would probably be Waiting a long time for them to release this tuning for the whipple trucks.

fyi all of Lund’s blower tuning comes with a remote dyno session in the pricing.

"remote dyno session"... how does that work? Meaning I find a local Dyno and they get the logs from the run or something?

Thats it, they send you a tune that’s 95-100% done.

You run it at your dyno and they use the dyno charts and the logs to dial it in or validate it
