Some feedback on the Whipple tune after a few days. By and large the tuning is awesome, but today under very light throttle I experienced some of the weird transmissions symptoms previously mentioned. On the 5-6 shift under light throttle the engine seemed to free spin and rev up to 4-5K rpm before dropping into gear. Then, I was able to get it to do the same thing several times on the 1-2 shift, again under extremely light throttle. Very odd. I'd describe it as a delayed shift, like if you were driving a manual and applied the gas before letting the clutch back out.

I finally talked with Whipple today about the swapping out my small new and unused heat exchanger for the smaller one. Good news, they will send me the new one I will pay the $550 + Shipping then I send back the small one and they will credit my credit card $400.
Seemed like too good a deal to pass up.

The real question is how is how do we get it fixed?
