Unless I see some crazy amount of cooling with the larger LTR (Heat Exchanger), I will probably just go with fans. I noticed today when I am cruising at 40 mph in 95 degree temps the IAT was anywhere from 122-125 degrees. I am thinking a pair of 10" fans with a 30 amp relay and 30 amp fuse connector for the fuse box (like the intercooler pump) will do the trick. That is about $60 worth of parts. I think I will add a switch to be able to cut the fans off in the winter when not needed.

It will cool things down in the staging lanes and when not moving. I have a feeling it will still get hotter in the staging lanes even with the bigger LTR.

Flex-a-lite makes a controller that might work to automatically control the fans.

I got the new Whipple tune from Jeff this afternoon. I just drive it a little to see if there were any problems. It seems to run fine.

I loaded the tune this morning an it feels great.

the 1-2 shift that was bad is fixed.

city gas mileage is back to stock like 15ish up from 10-12, hwy mileage is up 2 mpg (close to stock like) 18.5ish up from 15

feels strong at part throttle areas And the throttle feels less twitchy but still go go go if you crack even slightly.

This is the tune the kit should have been shipped with...

Anyone not running it

Needs to contact tuning@whipplesuperchargers.com and request the latest calibration.

This is what I've been waiting to hear. Time to get off the pot and get it done. I was hoping to hit the local drag strips test and tune when it was stock but every Friday it's been raining for the last month.

If I can't get a baseline run so be it.

Thanks!
Mike
