The “firmware” update happened as soon as I plugged it into the obd port.

You our need to call Jeff tillers at whipple tuning.

Low 80s ambient, IAT temps were 120 at the hit and rising to 130 by the end of the run.

NOTE: These were runs 7 and 8 that day on the dyno back to back. The dyno computer keeped crashing and didn't record the previous 1 through 6 runs. It made more power on the first couple runs but I don't have the dyno sheet or video.

All stock exhaust, Whipple stage 2 kit with 3.625 pulley and Gates HD green belt (K060950HD)

I have been back to the dyno and made a lot less power as the ambient temps go up. So I back to running the 3.750 pulley and waiting for the upgraded heat exchanger to be offered.

Spent enough on dyno pulls I could have paid for a custom tune...

This was with the whipple tune right? Are you 2wd oe 4wd? How much extra do you think a catback dual exhaust would add?

Question...with the LTR now higher and in front of the radiator are your grille shutters opening to let airflow across everything? Mine were closed too much for my liking so I unplugged them in the open position.
When I was logging some runs last weekend ambient was 91* and IAT’s were about 125. I didn’t think that was too terrible given how hot it was outside.

Very little. I added a 3.5” single just for the hell of it...at least it sounds good.

Whipple has the grill shutters locked 100% open.

If you want more power, Cat deletes, or Headers and cat delete/ Headers and high flow cats.

I'm told 25-35 rwhp with one or all of those.

And you can run 1 pulley side smaller and get back to the same boost level.

I wonder why they say fans don’t fit now? Interference with the open shutter slats maybe? Can you just remove those and run fans then?
I know I have to get some installed soon...our summer is gonna wreak havoc on IAT’s.
