When I ran my 2018 5.0 on the dyno we also ran in 5th rather than the in 7th, 1:1, because we were hitting the speed limiter. I have 3.73 and was at 346HP but at a higher RPM. When I get back from New England I plan to take it back to the same dyno before I install the Whipple to see what difference the exhaust and 5Star tune made. 5Star is not what I prefer but they are one of the first to come out with a tune for the 2018 that that’s what I have for now.

Well this isn't rocket science, use 4th lol.
I just don't get why people do loaded dyno runs and they modify, and sure enough, the overlay looks amazing. Whatever.

I don't disagree. Sometimes i consider it worth doing a "stock" comparison without a speed limiter but the problem with doing a comparison in a 1:1 ratio is the wheelspeed in 7th gear is 186 mph lol. Not sure about you but i don't trust the driveshaft or the stock tires at over 140 mph, much less 186 lol.
5th gear without the limiter seems like the best bet, 127 mph wheelspeed @ 6500 rpms.
