2003 F 150 speed limiting
 

I purchased a 2003 F 150 for my son. He has a lead foot. I know you can purchase tuners/programmers to remove the limiter on trucks, however, does anyone know if you can purchase one to say set the max speed to 70???

You can set it to whatever you want with HPTuners. I suspect any of the custom programmers like 5 Star can set you up with a top speed limiter wherever you want it.
