2002 f150 4.6 performance help

I have a 2002 f150 4.6. I’m new to the forum and am looking for advise to get a reasonable 350-400hp. Don’t have much knowledge on the 4.6 and all advise is helpful. I am not looking to swap to the 5.4. Any and all help and tips are appreciated! Thanks.
