New to this forum and would like to know what a good ignition upgrade would be for my 1987 F-150 XLT.

If there is no problem with your current ignition (e.g. mis-fire), then it’s not worth upgrading.

Is this a stock truck? If so probably all you need is a good tune up. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, possibly a TFI module...
