Vinyl FORD decals for Raptor Grill
If you have the aftermarket raptor style grille, and didn’t want to hassle painting the grill to have different color FORD letters, I can cut some vinyl letters for you.
I was able to get these awfully close to the lettering on the grill. I have attached a pic of my grill for reference.
I have the following colors on hand:
Avery White Pearl / Gloss Grey Metallic $25
3M Gloss White / Gloss Black / Gloss Red Metallic $25
3M black carbon fiber and 3M Silver carbon fiber - $40
Avery Mirror Chrome - $50
Oracle 5500 Reflective Vinyl – Red / Black (looks more dark grey) / White –appear normal color and at night reflect light -$30

What about the lightning blue metallic? I've thought about just buying some vinyl myself, but I want to be able to be sure it matches before I do. Also, my aftermarket grill is slightly different from yours, so I'm a little skeptical about how well the letters will match. I can't find the original listing from the one I bought, but I'm pretty sure it's this same kit
To be honest I can't see any difference besides the lights and the color, but I just want to be sure it all fits, you know?

I was under the impression they were all the same, different manufactures but letters should be pretty much the same dimensions.
As far as color goes, you may want to order some samples then compare against your truck. Really hard to tell just by guessing from online pics. I know 3M has a gloss blue metallic (1080-G227) but i dont know if that matches very well. When you find a color let me know.

I was going to order some samples but then it occurred to me to just check the forums, and voila! I found a post where a guy did the work already. However, it's a Hexis product instead of 3M - not sure if that makes a difference. Looks good enough for me in the photos he posted. The exact product he bought is HERE.
OP, can you use this type of vinyl?
