I have a set of 2018 F150 OEM LED headlights off a King Ranch. These headlights come with the ballasts. Each headlight has two small light marks on the lower inside of the lens as you can see them in the pictures, but you can't notice it when on the truck unless you are really looking. They have no broken tabs, work perfect and ready to put on!! I have a 2018 F150 Lariat crew, do the 2019 OEM LED headlamps fit the same? Same wire harness also as the halogen ? Thank you

Fitment is the same... wiring is not. Definitely not a PnP swap. You need a conversion harness.
