Yeah when I bought mine my salesman mentioned that its the $250 off coupons that they advertise on the website, Ford gives them so many for the month and once they are gone they can't use any more. I think he said they can use up to 4 per vehicle

Default Certificates

Does make much sense to me , if your highly profitable truck isn't selling at the numbers you want why Not discount them and clear the lots

What ford has done is they used to give us a bonus every month if we sold enough cars. It was called a retro bonus. Now ford has quit doing that so. what they are doing now is every car on the lot has dealer cash on them to help make up the loss for not having retro. It's up to them if they give you that money off or not.

Then why do they say they have a certain amount of certificates and can use , up to 4 per F150? And once there gone they can't discount anymore .? Something isn't adding up in my math dept.

If you ask my buying a vehicle never adds up. There is always something you are going to get screwed on. So basically they advertise these $250 coupons on their websites (print this and bring it with you for 250 off your purchase.) Not everyone will do this so the people that don't they can "save" that coupon. Ford says you can stack up to 4 per vehicle. Use the allotted number up before the end of the month and you have people coming in complaining that they can't get their 250 off. If you ask me for a dealer to take 250 off their price is nothing they are still making money hand over fist so I don't know why they even would tell someone that they are out of coupons.

I don't ever want to buy another vehicle again

Because they count on an uneducated buyer. Or a stupid buyer.

Use X-Plan and stop wasting your time.
