Can these be mounted to a non-oem fender flare truck?

Yes, you will need to drill the holes and add the plastic clips though.

Thanks, I found a set of ingot silver's on Ebay. You don't have to drill the holes on the outside of the fender. I've done quite a bit of research and you can remove the plastic clips and use 3M tape. I still plan on drilling the inner fender holes and putting clips in those and also the bottom corners as well.
