Do you happen to know what all I would need to install these into an xlt with heat and power adjust? I believe I have read something about the lariat harness, and the new trim piece plus button for spotlight, and some forscan changes.

I do not have any idea. I know there are a couple of build threads for XLT conversion. I believe member "FireRunner" has the most experience. The door harness has to be upgraded from 8 pin to 22 pin.
