Ok so the actuator on the driver's side had a leak down. Replaced that and still have the same noise. All vacuum lines are good and there are no leaks. Did a smoke test and vacuum check. Also now the 4x4 will not engage at all. No lights for the high or low. I checked fuses 29, 30, 10, and 111. All were good. I am at a loss. Ready to set fire to this turd!!!

So I have now replaced actuators on both sides, the solonoid (new updated design), upper vacuum lines, both check valves, and tested the vacuum box. The lines were tested at 13 at the actuators and 23 at the solonoid. No leaks in the system that were located with the smoker. I am at a loss. What else is there to check??? Any help would be great.
