Without the year and motor it's hard to suggest for sure, but here's a pretty comprehensive list:

1. Spark plugs- there are several write ups for this. I did one for the 97-03 V8 motors and several others have done it for the 04+. Note if you have an 04-08 F150 there are some steps to take before changing the plugs. Check the COP/wires for spark at this time also. Lisle makes a good spark checker. Make sure to use di electric grease on the boots.
2. Air filter
3. Clean MAF and throttle body
4. PCV valve- 04-08 5.4L do not have a replaceable PCV
5. Front O2 sensors- don't worry about the rear O2's, they just monitor catalytic efficiency
6. Transmission fluid exchange- Either drop the pan (and drain the TC if your year allows) or do a full fluid exchange. Don't use any "flush" solvents or pressurized methods. You can also change the filter if you drop the pan.
7. Differential fluids- Also transfer case if you're 4x4, be sure to find if you have limited slip or not for the differential to know whether to add friction modifier or not.
8. Coolant flush
9. Brake and power steering fluid change- Turkey baster method works well for power steering, and you can do either the baster or through the bleeders for the brakes.

I'll add to all this do the normal things like inflating the tires and rotation, maybe check the alignment, condition of the brakes, and for the condition of hoses, heat shields, etc.

the truck is an 04 with 5.4 engine i believe. 110,000 miles, going to get the transfewr case and differential fluids done today . spark plugs next maybee, then transmission, in the user manual says to do the tranny fluid at 120,000 and im at 110000 so thinking im ok for a week or two but dont want to push it since i dont know the history.
