Default water leak in rear floor area

Got a strange problem here... water is getting into the body of the truck and wicking up into the rear carpet. I cant seem to find anything under the truck that could be letting it in and was wondering if it could be the 3rd break light running down threw the body? The celling is dry.

Its a 2014 FX4 Supercrew and the image is the passenger side rear door

Most likely the third brake light.

Water can run along the top of the headliner to the side of the truck then down without ever showing wetness. The top of the headliner has a paper type covering that takes awhile before it gets soaked through.

On my 2097 Chevy I had some water coming in and could not find it then my dealer asked about my radio and XM radio antenna that I had installed. Turned out it was coming in through my third break light. My dealer resealed it with a little bit of clear silicon around the third break light. I know that it was a Chevy vs a ford, but it makes sense that it could be coming in through the third break light
