I have a 2004 F150. Truck wouldn't start one day so I changed the fuel pump. After that it still wouldn't start so I found out about the FPDM and changed it. Fired right up and ran fine one my way to work. Got off work and it would not start again. thought that maybe I had a lose connection so I checked the wires on the fuel pump and they were fine and the wires on the FPDM and they were fine. Unplugged the FPDM and plugged it back in and it started right up and ran fine. The truck keeps doing this and every time I have to crawl under it and unplug the FPDM and plug it back in and it will run. Good thing I had to cut my spair tire out because the lock was broke so it give me plenty of room to get in there but this is getting very annoying. Anybody have any suggestions on this problem?
