97 Cruise Control Inop

Yesterday my cruise control worked fine. Today it does not work. I checked both 15A fuses in the #5 and #13 position under the dash. What I'm I missing?

If it's the same as my 92,check the vacuum can under the windshield washer res. Mine was rotted. Made another with a juice can. Worked great.
