Default power steering hose replaclement on 2001 5.4

So my power steering hose rusted out and dumped PS fluid all over the driveway. I figured today and rip into it and see what all I needed to replace.
I became a little corn-fused as to what I was looking at.
Here's a pic of the leaking line; I believe this is the reservoir return line:

Now I tried to follow this line up under the radiator behind the front grille, but I've got two coolers up there:

and:

The first one has a 20 or 21 mm nut on the lines, so I could theoretically just pop the line off. The nuts weren't budging, and then I wasn't even sure if that was the correct cooler, as I couldn't follow the PS hose through without loosing it.

I guess my questions are: Which one of those is the PS cooler? What is the other one for? What's the easiest way to fix this? Just replace the bad line, or replace the whole cooler assembly?
Anybody know the p/n for the reservoir PS hose only?

Thanks!
