Default Transmission and differential flush

I have a 2011 f150 ecoboost. Went to the dealer and hey said I need the transmission flushed and differential flushed. They showed me the fluids and they are both dark and not able to see through. I have 65000 miles on the truck and it has never been done. Don't know much about them what should be done? I have heard of it has been this long to not worry about it and then I have been told by dealer to do it.

Don't flush it. Drop the pan. Get bulkhead sleeve done.

Particularly listening starting at 5:00
