"TEST" Shows in the Odometer Display
2004 F150 STX
Recently had the alternator changed. After I got it back I noticed the radio has no power, trip meter resets, battery gauge takes a moment to register (reads better than half way once engaged) and the odometer reads "TEST". Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately I have been geographically separated from my truck for the last 7 months due to a move. My sister had the work done just before I picked it up. At the time all I noticed was the radio issue. Other than the noted issues it's running fine.
