Default Tensioner cut hole in timing chain cover

I was hearing a whistling noise coming from my 03 4.6 F150 . I just thought it was due to the extreme cold we have been having lately. But today I was going down the road and lost power steering and the battery light came on. I pulled over and found the belt off all the pulleys. So I had the truck towed home from there.

The tensioner failed and was stuck on the timing chain cover. I pulled off the tensioner and the bearing was destroyed and left a circular cut in the timing cover.

Do I need to replace the cover? Or is there any other way to repair this?
