96 f-150 trouble starting
"I have a 96 f-150 inline six 4.9. It seems to run fine when it starts. Sometimes it doesn't start, starts sputtery or right up. I just replaced fuel filter and the battery cables ( both needed replacing) and seems to have plenty of juice. It will turn over as long as I hold the key on. The previous owner said it is the idle air control valve. any suggestions?
