Hi, I just bought a 2006 F150 XLT 5.4 V8. I am looking for suggestions on the services to get done first. I know the spark plugs were done at 100k but that’s all I know of.

Would love some suggestions, thanks!

I would do the basics, oil and filter, coolant, front and rear diffs, transfercase, belts, hoses, etc. And transmission oil and filter.

Wouldn't hurt to change the brake fluid as well.

 

If you do not have the service records saying a timing job including new cam phasors
have been done do it now
