Default Stiff steering help

Hello,

my 2010 F150 FX4 has had stiff steering since I bought it. I replaced the power steering pump, rack, steering shaft and all the tie rods this past weekend and nothing changed in regards to steering feel. There is power steering to be clear, it just requires more effort than other F150 trucks I've worked on. The steering doesn't really want to return to center when slow maneuvering like in a parking lot. Tires have 40psi in them and they are the stock size. The spindles moved freely when I had the tie rods disconnected. The steering wheel obviously moves freely with nothing connected to it. What else could I be missing?

i see you don't have electric steering, but have you checked the shafts? My intermediate was binding.

Replaced the intermediate shaft with brand new as part of this project as noted above.
