Default Steering seems "floaty"

Have a 2011 Supercrew Ecoboost 4wd. Yesterday, I had the oil changed and truck serviced at my local Ford dealership. Shortly afterwards I began to notice that the truck/steering seems floaty or very sensitive. Not sure how or why this happened after the oil change.
Any thoughts?

Short of actual sabotage the only thing I can think is your tires were under inflated and they set them to the proper pressure or possibly over inflated them.
