I tested the fuel pressure off the filter and it was 45 psi. I also borrowed from my dad a better code reader that shows more information an ez scan 6000. It showed 39 psi while running. I mentioned to him that it smells quite exhausty after trying to run it. He thought maybe catalytic converter's and had me remove the upper oxygen sensor to allow a little more airflow. Truck ran for almost 2 minutes before dying. Had me remove the exhaust at the manifold since my catalytic converter's are welded in to see if it would run that way. It went back to dying within 20/30 seconds. Put everything back together and hooked up the code reader and started the truck and kept it running by giving it gas so that I could use the operational data on the code reader. not much of it made sense to me but I did notice the throttle showing 29% with the throttle fully depressed. This cought my eye because cleaning the throttlebody did make a slight improvement in the beginning Plus I assume that should be reading around 100%. Took the air filter housing off to expose the throttlebody and turn the key to the on position and used a board to depress the accelerator. Could hear humming at the throttlebody and the throttle was wide open. Tried searching the Internet for what percentage my throttle should be at and could find nothing
for my truck. Found other vehicles and it seem like people were mentioning approximately 14% on the low-end to about 70 or 80% on full throttle. Could this be my problem with the computer thinking the throttle is only open so far? I figured it would still run either a little rich or a little lean but I didn't think my truck would stall out from that but again I'm not that experienced so any suggestions would be great

I hope I don't come off sounding like a jerk, but have you disconnected the battery for a while and let the computer re-set in this process?

If you had it disconnected while doing the plugs, I'd suspect that would be enough.

Did not come off as a jerk at all. I would have taken any suggestion. I did have it disconnected when doing the spark plugs. I had run out of ideas and towed it to the shop. Unfortunately it looks like I may have a bad valve no compression in cylinder four
