Getting ready to change spark plugs on my 2017 F-150 3.5 Ecoboost at 90,000 miles. Already got the Motorcraft SP-534 spark plugs called for in the owners manual. But after watching several YouTube videos, not sure what kind of rubber boot goes on it. In some videos I've seen long rubber boots and in others I've seen short ones.
I want to get the correct everything I need before I start the work. Once I start the work and I find I've got the wrong boots, I'm going to be up a creek without a paddle..
I have no other transportation. Don't want to be caught unprepared. So, does anyone have the Ford part number for the correct spark plug rubber boot ? I'm assuming that different model years may have different types long or short. Thanks !

Grab your tools and go to town on the easiest to access coil, front driver side. Pull the coil and double check the boots and then you'll know for sure mang. Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor.

Well, I did think of that, but didn't want to have to do it twice. Even though it would only be the easy one to do. I'm in no rush, so I'll wait to see if anyone else knows. If all else fails, then that's what I'll do.
Thanks though !

I changed the spark plugs in my truck yesterday. Turned out to be a very simple job. I was just very careful about NOT breaking the plugs in or out. The rubber boots came off easily. Probably one of the easiest spark plug change I've ever done. I can confirm that Ford part number WR-6151 (the long one) is the correct rubber boot for the 2017 F-150 3.5 Ecoboost turbo charged engine. And used the Motorcraft SP-534 spark plugs recommended in the owner's manual. The old plugs did not look too bad at all at 90,000 miles. Glad all of that is done ! Thanks for all your help and suggestions !
