Should of checked the fuel pressure first before you shot the parts cannon at it, probably could of saved a lot of money. I'm thinking it's probably the pump, or the FPDM if it has one. You need to have the fuel pressure checked to be sure, don't want to waste more money.

Check fuse #27 under the hood. They tend to melt and there's a TSB to relocate it so it don't melt any more. You can read a little about it from this PDF https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6...nhOT0czZlF5M1k
